Turning on MS Project Web Server Mail Notification for Task Update

I am using MS Project Server 2003 and am wondering how to turn on the
notification once a week for resources to go in and update their status on
tasks. Right now the only notifications that are being sent out are when
tasks should be started or finished and I have not started or finished them
yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
