Since W97 it's been possible to separate the 180° rotation of a whole page
of text into two 90° rotations. Assuming the page orientation is normally
portrait, set it to landscape, insert a text box and, with the cursor inside
the text box, select Format, Text Direction and choose the right-hand
orientation option. When printed and used as a portrait page, the text
appears upside-down.
Of course, whether this is a good solution rather depends on exactly what
you're trying to achieve.
