Tutorial? Which Version of MS PROJECT to Purchase for Learning?

For someone who has had limited experience with MS Project, is there a good
tutorial that can be used on the desktop? Or, online? Do any of the tutorials
prepare you for MS certification? If one is considering the propect of
employment where they would use Project on the job, would it be best to learn
the 2003 version or the 2007 version?

TIA,

Phil

My apology to the newsgroup...This post is basically the same question
as my previous post asking about a tutorial. I had trouble signing on,
then my message did not show up in the browser. After several hours it
showed up. I still can't see my messages by connecting to the
newsgroup in the normal manner. At this point, I'm going through
Google Groups to get here. Go figure.
