tutorials for access XP

dear all
we are running an access class here and are looking for free tutorials
for download off the net....it needs to be very basic intro.... ...no
relational stuff is required....the objective is to give learners a
basic intro into database terminology and the building of simple
tables queries and forms.....the organisation is a "not for profit
body" specialising in working with marginalised individuals
