I find for beginers is a bit confusing,is that a bit clearer ones

IMHO, David is being modest (http://bvisual.spaces.live.com/). There are
some great books out there with working examples to start from, John
Marshall has a list (visio.mvps.org). You should also check out Chris Roth's
site (www.visguy.com), the visio team's site
(http://blogs.msdn.com/visio/default.aspx),and the list goes on......

I should admit that after a bit more digging into the site ,I found it
