Two account config changes from default

Hi there,

For the record, using Outlook 2003.

Having a problem with a user who has two e-mail accounts. We've set one as
the default, but occasionally Outlook makes the other account the default.

If anyone can figure out how to keep the default account from switching,
it'd be greatly appreciated.

Does the user have all of the available Office 2003 updates installed? I
seem to remember there was a bug a while back that would switch to another
account to send a message if the preferred account was not working for some
reason.
