Two Accounts on Exchange Server

I have two email accounts, personal and company email, setup in
Entourage 2004 on an Exchange Server. I have notifications enabled,
but I do not want to receive the notifications for my company email
address. Is there a way to receive email notifications for my
personal email address only?

Also, similarly, I created a Rule for auto-reply for my personal email
address, but, if I enable the Rule, it enables the auto-reply for
company email address, as well. Is it possible to enable the auto-
reply Rule for just one of the accounts (my personal email)?

Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge, notifications are all or nothing. They can
not be set on a per account basis. Be sure to let Microsoft know you
want this feature by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in
Entourage.

As far as your auto-reply rule is concerned you simply need to add an
additional criterion in the rule that specifies only messages sent to
your home email address should receive the auto-reply message.

Hope this helps! bill

I think you could do this by turning notifications off in the preferences,
and then creating a rule whose action is set to "Display notification." The
criterion for the rule should be "Account Is (your personal account)."

Be sure to create the rule in the Exchange tab of the Rules window so it's
applied to your Exchange messages.

Or, you can try leaving notifications on, since the Entourage notifications
are dialog boxes that don't disappear automatically, if I remember
correctly. Then, go to Tools > Rules, click the "Mail (Exchange)" tab, and
create a new rule that looks like this:
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF Account is <Exchange Work Account>
THEN Do Not Nofify
(uncheck) Do not apply otherr rulesŠ
ˆ Enabled
