Forgive me if this has been asked before.
I'm configuring a laptop computer using Outlook 2002. Sometimes this
computer is attached to our WinNT domain, and the user logs in and
authenticates to the domain. Sometimes the user is away from his domain, and
logs in locally to this computer.
Clearly this is one person, but Windows XP treats him as two people, and
sets up a separate set of Documents and Settings folders for each way he
logs in.
Is it possible for me to configure Outlook 2002 to in such a way that his
mail will always be retrieved into the same folders regardless of which way
he logs in?
The e-mail account is on an Exchange Server, and we configure user accounts
as IMAP clients.
Thanks for your help.
