two addresses in the reply email field

Hi ya

Is it possible to have more than return address when sending emails
from outlook?

My isp is not always as reliable as I would like, nor though is my web
hosting company.

I would like replies to my emails to be sent to both: (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed)

Thus in the event that one is held up the other will reach me, err..
hopefully!

The reply email field in outlook will only allow one address, have
tried to seperate them with , and ; but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Cheers in advance

Daryl

What happens if you open the Options dialog and fill in both addresses under
"have replies sent to"?

hi milly

If i try to set up the reply address as "[email protected];
[email protected]" in tools-emailaccounts-more settings
I get the message bounced back with

550 Administrative prohibition

X-ACL-Warn: Your message does not conform to RFC2822 standard.

Where in options are refering to?

Thanks for your help

Daryl

opps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry milly, u mean options when composing new mails.

yes it works there but how do I automate it? rather than having to do
it each time.

thank-you for the above though, I was unaware of it.

if ever fortunate enough to bump into you I shall be sure to buy you a
drink. I shall be recognisable as the bloke that is way less smart than
you ;)

If you want to automate it each time you send, then you set up your outgoing
message form with that option selected and set it as the default for new
mail messages.

See http://www.outlookcode.com for more information on designing a new form
and making it the default.

Oh, as for the drink, donate the $5 or so to Habitat for Humanity or your
favorite charity. They all can use every dollar available based on the last
few years of natural and human inflicted disasters.

Much appreciated.
