Two Calendars

I am running Outlook 2000. I have a shared, master calendar that includes compay-wide events and a calendar (my main calendar) that includes my own appointments. When I sync my Pocket PC, I pick up my appointments, but not building dates. Do I need to combine the two calendars so that both will sync? How do I do this and still receive updates on the shared calendar? Help!

Your sync software may only be able to sync your main Calendar folder with
your PocketPC. You can either look into getting a program that will sync
additional folders, or you can try to sync the data in your two Outlook
Calendar folders first before you sync with the PocketPC. See
