Two computers - one Exchange account

Hello, we have users with both a laptop and desktop, each running Windows
2000 SP4 and Office 2003 SP2. One user is having an issue where some messages
they send while on the laptop connected remotely do not appear in the Sent
Items folder in their Outlook on their desktop PC in the office. Some
messages do appear, but some don't. I have tried removing and recreating
their Outlook profile, as well as temporarily disabling the USE CACHED
EXCHANGE MODE option, but didn't resolve the problem. To my knowledge no
other users in similar situation are having this problem. Our mail server is
Exchange 5.5. Thanks.
