Two different Queries on one form

Hi, I'm having trouble creating two different queries on one form.

Query 1 - Will pull previously submitted forms for editing etc

Query 2 - Will pull info from another table on the db that will give
me the price based on two fields that are
located on the form. ie, groups coming to a facility -
the date and type of group determine the price the
group gets. With these two fields I want to query my
price table.
