Two email accounts

My husband and I have two email accounts and the problem we have is that If I
send an email from our joint account, it appears that it is coming from my
individual account. However if I reply to an email in our joint account it
does show up as coming from the joint account. It seems to have something
to do with the default account, because if Ii change the default to the joint
account the opposite happens. What do I need to do so that if I send an
email from our joint account it comes from there and if I send an email from
my individual account it will work correctly??

Version of Outlook is ...?

New mails are sent out using the default account.

Replies are sent out using the same account through which account the
original mail was received.

Use the Accounts toolbar button to change the account when you are
composing the new mail.
