I set up a second email address in Entourage. When I retrieve email - both email accounts' messages are melded into my main account inbox. Can I set up a separate folder for each email address so the emails go to the appropriate inbox?

Use a Rule.

From is in account xxx

Move mail to folder xxx

Thanks, think I have it. :)

I've made a subfolder with the second email address and went to "Rules" and set it up. Then sent a test message and it do go to that folder.

You might want to consider using other folders for mail rather than sort by
account. Family, Friends, Work, Newsletters, Lists, etc.

If you assign categories to your contacts it's easy to create a rule to move
the messages.

There are 3 different kind of rules in Entourage:

Mailing List Manager (MLM)
Junk Mail Filter
Rules (custom rules you create)

They run in the order listed above. The custom rules also run in the order
they are listed. (top runs first)

Use the MLM for all lists. Use rules for the remainder. Try to use
categories instead of individual addresses when possible. When a new address
is added to a contact in the Address Book then it will automatically be
acted on by the rule if you use categories in your rules. See example:
