Two files which suggest they do the same thing

Could some one please tell me what is the difference between the two files

I assumed that these relate to some kind of "powertoy".

The WebpagetoOnenote_xp.msi seems to be an installer for something
similar, but I am not personally familiar with it.

IE2OneNote captures and pastes HTML to OneNote. WebPageToOneNote
captures an image of an entire web page (visible and non-visible) and pastes
it
into OneNote. If you are having problems, download the latest version which
includes some redistributables that the powertoy is dependent upon.
