two forms

I am wanting to set something up that will open two forms. The top form will
be an image the bottom form will be a datasheet view and the object is to
index the entries. This is a family history application to index records. I
have both forms opening as I want, the first is the form set to open and an
embedded macro opens the form with the image. There are two things I would
like to do.
1. Can I add a line to the image that could be moved and used like a ruler
for an indexer to 'underline' an entry?
2. How can I add 'help' screens that would appear when an indexer clicks in
one of the fields. I would like to add field specific help. Don't want this
intrusive like a pop up because they will not always want it. I was thinking
another small window off to the right.

Hope this all makes sense
