Two Line caption in a frame

Hi,
I think I'm missing something here. In the properties of a frame, I just
wanted to make the caption two lines instead of one. I didn't really want to
code the caption, just type it into the properties pane. But I can't figure
out how to make the caption go to two lines. Is this possible? Thanks in
advance for any help.

What kind of frame? The frame that is sort of like a text box, or a Web page
type of frame?

Which version of Word?
