Hi, I need to be able to access the same Outlook account from two different
user log ins on Windows XP. I need to be able to update the same calandar and
contacts from two different log ins. How do I configure Outlook to have the
same view and accessibility from different log ins? Thanks!

if on the same machine, dead easy. Just put the pst file in a shared
location, and point both instances of Outlook at it.

Easily done. See this: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olshare1.htm

I couldn't figure this out with that link. I don't think these instructions
work for Outlook 2003. Any other places that might provide step by step
instructions? I am also not sure that Outlook 2003 uses .pst files or .fav
files as I searched for these types of files just to see where the new
folders that I created were and there were no folders with those extensions
found.

They do.

That article does provide step-by-step instructions. It doesn't, however,
hold your hand and tell you exactly what to click. You have to read the
Help that comes with Outlook and you have to familiarize yourself with the
menus.

That's because they're in a hidden folder. You have to enable viewing
hidden files and folders in the Folder Options Control Panel.
