I inherited a used computer with Outlook 2002 SP3 installed. I would
like to use the contacts feature to print on paper a list of my friends
and also eventually to learn to use the contact information to address
envelopes. When a couple (married or unmarried) use different names --
e.g. John Smith and Mary Jones -- I cannot figure out how to get both of
their names on one contact card. The closest I have been able to
achieve is something bizarre like Smith, Mary Jones John. How can I get
two names on one card? If not possible in Outlook, can someone suggest
a better program? Excuse me if my terminology is wrong; I'm new to Outlook.
