Two Options Questions - Access 2000

My Access now opens to All Files instead of to .mdb
Microsoft Databases. Is this an Option I can change? I
prefer to see just database files.

Also, when Access exports to an Excel sheet, the Excel
file defaults to MS Sans Serif font; I use Arial all the
time. Is there a way to change the default export format
in Access?
