Two or three calendars

I am trying to figure out how I can have multiple
calenders on one pc.

I have a business and I want to add calendars for my
employees so I have them with me at all times on my
palm/phone.

So is there a way to create sub calendars per employee and
then 2nd is there a way to sync them.

Yes, you can create multiple calendars -- just right-click any folder and
select New Folder from the menu, then follow the prompts (make sure you
specify that the new folder will contain appointment items). Whether or not
you can sync them depends on your sync software -- some programs will sync
additional folders and some won't.

Also, you should know that the additional Calendar folders will not support
reminders on appointments unless you use a 3rd party tool -- you can find
such tools at www.slovaktech.com, but they don't work with all
versions/configurations of Outlook.
