Two Outlook Calendars

Is it possible for one person to have two Outlook calendars? Our office now
uses a "Master Calendar" in Meeting Maker for all our office meetings so
everyone can see it. Then we each (8 to 10 staff) have our own calendars.

We plan to switch to Outlook and wonder we could somehow still have the
extra calendar for everyone to view, but without it being associated with an
email address.

I hope I explained this well enough.

Thanks,
Marilyn

Outlook 2007 (which I will assume is what you would buy) has various ways
that teams can see each other's Calendars, one is the Group Schedules,
another is laying calendars over each other. These methods both use live
data from each user's Calendar.

You can also make Public Folder Calendars (if you use Exchange server) and
have static Calendars there. By static I mean they are a bit like a wall
planner - they do not automatically take data from anywhere - people key it
in for a team of people to be able to access it.

Read up on Outlook Calendars on the Microsoft web site - I am sure they will
have a lot of information and often case studies too.

Here's how to post a good question:
