Two Outlook Profiles One Sent Intem Folder, Why?

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if i'm in the right place for this Thread, i'm new.

This is what is happening, i have two outlook profiles, configured on an exchange server.

Whenever i send emails no matter from which profile, all the sent item go to just one sent item folder.

Example: if i send from profile A it goes to the sent item folder of Profile A, well that's normal, but if i send from Profile B it goes to sent item folder of Profile A, i guess that's not normal.

Any idea whats is wrong and what can be done to resolve this issue? .

We have users with two mailboxes - long winded explaination
and i need mail sent with "Mailbox2" in the From field to go into "Mailbox2"
sent items

is this at all possible?

I have been making some mistakes in my explanation, my apologies. Instead of two profiles its actually one profile configured with two account, what i'm trying to say is that when i open outlook, i have access to two mailboxes one on top and the other on the buttom.
Like i said in the first post all sent items and and deleted item of the second (Buttom) account ends up going to the first (Top) account, instead of remaining in its respective account.

I only get all these items in its respective account when i open individual mailbox and not when i open them both at once.
I hope i made myself clear

This is how its configured.
I have two profiles each with its mailbox. There is no need for me to close and open the other profile to send mails, because when i open one profile it also opens the other profile.

i just have to specify from which account i'm sending the mail, i do this by activiting the from button on the option menu in the Untitled Message page.

But the annoying thing is that all the sent items, deleted items end up going to just one profile, instead of each going ot its respective profile. I dont no if i'm confusing you but thats what happens.
By the way its running on an Exchange emal server.

Any help!

Do you have 2 Profiles or 2 Mailboxes within a single profile? Ie, do you
close outlook and reopen it using the other profile to send email from that
acct? If not, you have a single profile with multiple accounts - what type
of accts are in your profile?
