two outlooks

I use my laptop both at home and at the office. I have a
seperate login for both, and find that the outlook
calender, contacts, etc are different. I would like both
identities to look to the same files so I can see
appointments at the office that I made at home. how can
I do this?

you have two options

1) move the work pst to a location both profiles can see and rename the
home's pst. When outlook fusses, point it to the work pst.

2) open the work pst using file, open, outlook data store. Using this method
keeps your work and home email separate but allows you to view the work
email, calendar, contacts etc.
