Two people, three devices, one calander?

My wife and I have PDA/phones that we wish to continually sync with an
Outlook calander. I have set up my MSN calendar to work/sync with my desktop
Outlook. Is the best, next step to have our two PDAs sync with my MSN online
calendar? Or is there a better method? Thanks in advance!
