Two Personal folders

My Outlook 2003 shows two Personal folders. When I try to close the older
one, it say, even 10056 error. OST or PST file is missing. I tried
reinstalling complete office and outlook also, but this file remains there.
Because of this, my rules are not working and everything is stuck. Please help
