Two POP3 accounts and one pst files.

I'm sure this must have been asked before but I've searched and couldn't find
anything.

Anyways - I have two POP3 accounts (one business and the other Hotmail).

Mail from both these accounts is delivered to the one Inbox in Personal
Folders. This makes it difficult to see from which account the email
originated.

What is the easiest way to separate the incoming emails, e.g. can I deliver
to two sets of Personal Folders or can I deliver one account to a different
'Inbox', etc.

Depends on your version of Outlook but I'd use the Outlook Connector instead
of POP3 to access your Hotmail account.

Outlook 2003.

Did some more research and I presume I can use rules to direct email from
the different accounts? Is this the preferred method?

Why would you use Outlook Connector? What are its functional benefits over
'pure' Outlook 2003?

Rules is a possibility indeed.

The Outlook Connector provides a 2-way sync between Hotmail and Outlook so
that you can access your mail on-line as well and it will create
automatically a separate folder set so you don't have to separate them by
rules. One downside is that you'll need to manage the message rules for
Hotmail through the Hotmail web client but since that is mainly
"set-it-and-forget-it" functionality I'd use the Outlook Connector.
