Hi,

I have a bookmark that I would like to put in two
different positions in word document. I tried to use
Ctrl+ F9 and REF myBookMark. But it doesn't work. Hope
someone can help me. Thank you!

Hi Ken,

The bookmark itself can only be in one location. At the other location, you
can use a cross reference to the text of the bookmark (Insert>Cross
reference) to get the information that is contained in the bookmark to be
displayed. It will be necessary to update the cross reference field to have
the information appear and you will have to make sure that when the
information is entered into the bookmark, the bookmark is not deleted from
the document.

See the article "Inserting text at a bookmark without deleting the bookmark"
at:

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
