two printer print different margins

Hi, I have someone printing a document on their NEC
printer and someone printing the same document on an
EPSON. When the NEC comes out the first page has the right
margin spread out 1/4 inch and when it comes off the EPSON
the margins all line up (3 page document). Thanks for the
input.
