This newsgroup is devoted to creating and using Queries in Microsoft Access,
the database development product.

Your first question should probably be posted to a DotNet group, as it is my
understanding that "mscoree.dll" is a part of the DotNet Framework.

Your second question may be more appropriate for a newsgroup devoted to your
version of Windows.

Dear Wster:

Your questions are not queries. Well, they are, but they're not.

In the case of this newsgroup, queries refer to SQL, a query language
used with databases. This is a feature of Microsoft Access. Hence
the name of the newsgroup: microsoft.public.access.queries.
Confusing, isn't it?

You will get the best help by finding an appropriate dot-Net forum.
Good luck!
