Two questions - Outlook 2003

Just installed Office 2003, seems fine. First question how do I configue
outlook 2003 so that when I minimize outlook it DOES NOT stay on my task bar.
Second when I start outlook how do I configure it so it goes directily
to my in box and NOT " Outlook Today"

1) Right click on the outlook icon in the system tray (one next to clock)
and select hide when minimized

2) Start Outlook and select Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options
