Two Questions Some shapes from different Stensil books won't allow the connector tool to work? Best

Appreciate the help, We are using Visio 2003 professional(11.3216.5606) our
group has multiple different stensil books, some work some don't with the
connector tool, what's up with why certain shapes don't work with the
connector tool?

Secondly, trying to find the best options to get our Stensil books loaded
with the best vendor Telecommunication stensils? I work as a Telecomm
Engineer and have to design networks, Is there a good site to go to? What is
the best approach to get the most current updated stensils for
Telecommunications? thanks tom

I guess my first question is, what do you mean the shapes don't work with
the connector tool? If you're attempting to using the dynamic connector you
might want to check if the shapes have connection points defined.

The second question is, what do you mean by "find the best options to get
our Stensil books loaded

with the best vendor Telecommunication stensils"

The best way to get updated vendor stencils is check the vendor sites to see
what they have on-line. The next would be to subscribe to a service such as
Altima.
