Two sets of shared borders in one website?

For several years I have had a website, based on FrontPage 2002. All the
pages employ shared borders, using a FrontPage theme.

I now wish to create a new set of pages within the site, on a new topic. Can
I create a completely new shared border for these new pages, while still
retaining the old shared border for the existing pages?

If it's possible, how would I do it?

And when creating new pages for the site, how would I designate which shared
border is to be used for each page?
