Two Sided Printing

Does anyone know how to activate the two sided printing feature in the mac print que? It doesnt matter what printer i use, i cant figure this out.

It's not in the print queue, it's in the printer driver.

If you have a printer that supports duplex printing, and you have the duplex
attachment fitted, and you have the correct driver installed for the
printer, then the option will appear on the Layout tab.

If the printer & the driver don't support duplex printing there's no way to
"activate" it via the OS or your software. You'll have to use manual
duplexing: Print the Odd Pages only then flip & re-feed the paper to print
Even Pages only. You may have to adjust the technique depending on the
structure of the document.
