Two slides to a page with lines

C

Christine Pacyna

I have a 75 slide presentation that I would like to make into a handout. It
looks best with 2 slides per page, and I would also like to have lines next
to the slides for people to take notes. How do you get 2 slides per page
with lines instead of the default 3 slides per page with lines?

I have also tried sending the presentation to Word, but it still puts 3
slides per page and I can't seem to size it to just have 2. I have also
tried to insert the presentation as an object in a Word document, but it only
inserts the first slide.

Thanks for your help!

If you are intending to print them out, then you can simply click File > Print.
Under Print What, select handouts. Then select Slides per page: 2.

Otherwise, you can give Handout Wizard a try:
