Two Tables, Two Systems

Hello,
I have a table in Access that I insert its data into
Oracle. I have an ODBC link to the Oracle table.
Sometimes data gets out of sync between the two. Today
I've been trying to run a query that will list all rows,
between a date, in the access table that do not exist in
the oracle table. I can not see to find the right sytax,
is this even possible? Any Help?
