Is it possible to be two users ( we share the emailaddress and computer ) and
both are able to receive and see all the emails? We have outlook 2000.

Both instances of OL need to be configured to use the same data file, by
default outlook.pst
Only a single instance can be open at any one time

Assuming you mean you each have separate Windows usernames, yes. You each
must configure your mail account to leave copies of messages on the server
when it downloads them. You will need to empty your server mailbox from
time to time, though, in order to keep it from filling up and causing your
senders to get errors telling them that your mailbox is full.

Not really. They can use separate PSTs and leave messages on the server.
