Rev. Vegetable Lasagne

1. Insert Text box no longer supplies the list of predefined types, only
Draw Text Box shows up.

2. I'm setting up documentation. I finish a page, then Ctrl-Enter. On the
next page, I set up a title with white text and dark blue behind it. For
some reason, if I start the next page with the title, not only is the title
dark blue, but there is also a dark blue bar at the bottom of the previous
page. If I show the paragraph marks, this blue bar is right on top of the
page break entry are shown. This shows up both on screen and in print
preview. The only way to stop it is to insert a paragraph before the title.
But why should I have to waste space like that?

Thanks a lot for any help.
