two windows wont work! HELP!

when i have two windows of word...one is im typing on and
the other is a document i am referring to and then if i
minimize both windows and when i click any of the two
windows to maximize, what happens is both windows closes
without permission...it just disappears! and when i open
word application there will be a recovery file!!!! what
is going on with the word application? its so haassle
specially if i have type a lot of things already!

Run Office Setup (from the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs) and select
Modify. Find the Handwriting Recognition and uninstall it. If you need to
use the Handwriting Recognition, you can reinstall it again afterwards and
all will be Ok again.
