Two XML docs in ViewDrop?

When we publish a project to our Project Server 2002 (SP1), I notice that we
get two XML documents created in the ViewDrop folder for the same project.
They usually both have the same date/time. Both XML docs hang around for 5 -
10 minutes while the project is being published.

But, why are there two XML docs? Is this not slowing down the publishing of
our projects on Project Server?

Jon,

There will be one for when you publish the project and if you close the
project then there will be one more too..
