Txt import into Excel bug

When trying to import a txt file into Excel, you have the option of defining
"fixed Length" delimiters. This does not work correctly. I have found that
the double-click frequently fails to delete the delimiter, and if I drag it
further along, it leave one in the original location and simply creates a new
one.
