Type 2 error in Save As...

We use Word 2001 on OS 9.2.2 with a NetWare 5.1 server. Some here have
Type 2 error in Save As... and I'm running out of excuses (I do the
usual maintenance routines, even throw away Navigation Services
Preferences). I have ask the users to clean their documents and use
different kind of prayers. I would appreciate any help... I know some
bright mind will read this.

Thanks for answering my post!

You mention in your reply a system memory problem, so
I used Memory Mapper to see what was going on and saw that Control Bar
(Extension and Control Panel) and Folder Scripts (Extension) were
loaded in memory at startup.

I desactivated both of them and since then I had very few problems
with Save As... in Word.
