Type-ahead Combobox??

Is there a way to create a type-ahead combobox in InfoPath? In HTML/ASP, we
use a Textbox and ListBox combination with OnKeyUp JScript code to make this
happen. Does anyone know if there is a way to do something like this in
InfoPath forms?
