Type Mismatch Error when close word 2000

I previously had Word 2003 installed and replaced it with
Word 2000. When I close Word 2000, I always get a Run
Time Error 13 'Type Mismatch'. It's driving me crazy. I
know nothing about VB. Please help.

Possibly one of your installed global templates. You have some VBA
running off an AutoExit or Application_Quit event.
