Type Mismatch Visual Component Manager

I have this annoying error thatc ontinuously pops up in Excel 2003 (SP2).
Every time I open a spredsheet, I get the Visual Component Manager, Type
Mismatch Error. when ever I select a cell and enter either a number or
letter. I doesn't matter if I select an empty cell or a formatted cell.

Once I click the OK button and I leave Excel open I do not recieve the
error again. This happens on workbooks with out any code or functions as well.

Things that I have tried:
Disabling error checking.
Verified all formatting of cell data types. (even though I get the error
upon selecting any cell).

Thank you.

You have a faulting add-in which has some worksheet_change() event code.
First try going to Tools>Add-ins... and unchecking everything in the list,
close and open Excel and add one back at a time, closing and re-opening
Excel between each selection, until the error returns and that is the one
with the issue.

If this does nothing, take a look in you xlStart folder (may be hidden) and
temporarily move everything out of this folder, close and re-start Excel

If this fails, think very carefully what you have installed or updated
recently as this is certainly an add-in that is integrating with excel. With
that name try any development product or image viewing/editing program
(Adobe, etc)
