I would like to add a slide to a presentation I am making where I type in my audience's responses during one part of the presentation. I have found some tutorials on doing this with a pc, but they all involve using the control toolbox, which the mac version does not have. Is there another way to do this on a macintosh?

I think you are out of luck in 2008. I have done this with control toolboxes
and VBA code, neither of which are available in 2008 (VBA is available in
2004 on the Mac). Perhaps, there is an Applescript wizard who can throw
together something like Example 6.7 from my site to work on the Mac.
