Typing in Outlook 2007

I'm having an interesting problem in Outlook 2007. As I type (either a new
message or a reply), the app regularly misses keystrokes. Sometimes three or
four consecutive characters don't get input. I type those characters; nothing
shows up.

This does not happen in any other application, INCLUDING other apps from the
Office 2007 Beta 2 suite (e.g., Word); only in Outlook.

Any idea why, or what can be done to fix it? Or whether I should report it
as a bug?

It sounds like a bug associated with performance problems maybe?
You should submit a bug or a frown.
