Typing slow in word using Neoware Capio with Citrix Server

Hi!

I would like to know if any of you encountered this problem. We are
using a Neoware Capio 508. We connect on a Citrix Server (metaframe
xp)with Windows 2000 Server and Office 2003.

When working in MS Word (mostly) or Outlook using Word the typing is
very slow. We have to wait few seconds to see the characters appearing
on the screen. Same thing when we delete; we have to wait to see them
disappear.

Can anyone help me please?
