Typing Test

I would like to create a document template that can be used in a typing test.
Ideally when the document is opened it will automatically start 'timing' and
once a 'finish' button is clicked it will then produce a report including how
many words per minute, how many corrections etc etc. Can anyone help I have
no idea how to go about this!!!

If you have no idea how to go about it, I would suggest that you don't try
to "re-invent the wheel". Instead, Google for Typing Test.

I would prefer to setup just a word document to do this rather than buy
separate software, do you have any ideas?
