U should produce a complaint mgmt software for small businesses

We are a small company that is looking for a complaint management software
and do not want to spend the $10,000 for it. An off the shelf basic program
would be great!!

You will find several database applications, which already meet your needs.
However, whether or not you can get licenses for these applications, at no
cost, may be unlikely.

Considering how you handle the complaints about your behaviour, I would not

Microsoft already produce such software. They call it CRM (Customer
Relationship Management) software. Don't expect to spend less than $5,000,
though ...
